MAC knives are extremely easy to sharpen compared to most other brands but do require sharpening on a regular basis to maintain their razor-like edges.  For most households the frequency is once every two months.  While we heartily recommend the SR-2 Rollsharp to everyone, we do have other sharpeners to suit your particular preferences and needs.
